Appreciate your friends and family, however irritating they may be - our families are irreplaceable and our friends we cannot do this thing called life without


Appreciate your life, accept challenges, welcome new ideas and charge forward with confidence always - we cannot live in a rut for the rest of our lives. At some point we need to shed the skins from our past.


Appreciate the weather, whether good or bad- it signifies a new day,  a new beginning and shows that we go through life going up and down


Appreciate nature: the mountains, the hills, the sea, the stars, the moon, trees, the ocean and what have you... - it tells one life can be beautiful in spite of everything

Appreciate love and do not be afraid to fall in love - we need enough new experiences in our ever so short lives
